Philippe is a passionate intra- and entre-preneur in business building services, working as a bridge between corporates and start-ups, between markets and innovation ecosystems and between selected service providers (a.o. McKinsey) and those needing support.
Philippe is co-founder of McKinsey Solutions and scaled it till a group of 40+ subsidiaries and 1000+ employees.
He is also a Marketing Professor at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and a founder of Teach for Belgium. He holds a Master in Commercial Engineering from Solvay, and an MBA from INSEAD. Philippe is currently Managing Partner of The Bridge and board member of various start/scale ups.
Benjamin Beeckmans is a Commercial Engineer turned into a serial entrepreneur passionate about innovation and online businesses. Within The Bridge, Benjamin is Head of the Foundry as a Service: happily helping corporates wishing to accelerate their external innovation agenda by providing them the value of a foundry construct.
After holding various positions in finance and marketing at Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, he founded Bluecorp and Teatower.com.
Benjamin is also Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Solvay Business School, in charge of the Brainstorm & Boost and e-marketing & e-commerce programs at Solvay Entrepreneurs and a regular coach for entrepreneurial projects.
Tanguy loves reinventing businesses, especially if they don't look sexy at the first glance. Taking the best of other industries and applying them where you wouldn't expect them to meet & exceed clients expectations.
Tanguy is working at The Bridge since 2016 and has previously worked as CEO of Barefoot startup studio, Marketing Director at bpost, Trade Marketing Manager at Douwe Egberts and Nestlé.
He Boosted the 2 months old “startup studio” from an idea box to a company creating its own startups providing B2B2C SaaS solutions in various sectors (FinTech, advertising, publishing,…).
David has a bilingual profile combining at the same time experience in corporate and in startups. He knows how to make innovation work like magic, whether for a startup, a corporate or at the junction between the two. From a content matter, David has worked in multiple sectors and has a strong spike in financial services. He holds a PhD in Physics from ULB and did research at MIT.
Samples of his previous work include transforming a large financial institution to improve dramatically its innovation performance, co-founding one of the top 10 best Fintech Accelerators in Europe, shaping a platform allowing different industry actors to put in common the testing of new technologies and conducting the digital transformation of a mid-size firm.
